Placing Orders
The product listings and descriptions on the Alexis Bendel website constitute an invitation for you to make an offer to purchase those products. When you place an order for products through the website shopping cart, you are making an offer to purchase those items at the listed prices.
Order Confirmation: Alexis Bendel will confirm receipt of your order and process accepted orders within 1-2 business days. Order confirmation does not constitute Alexis Bendel’s acceptance of your offer.
Order Acceptance: An order becomes binding when Alexis Bendel sends you an email confirming shipment of the order (Order Confirmation). Alexis Bendel reserves the right to refuse your order for any reason prior to Shipment Confirmation.
Pricing: Prices posted on the Alexis Bendel website are quoted in U.S. dollars. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a material error, we will provide you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order.
Promotions: Promotional offers will contain additional Terms which may limit order quantity or exclude certain categories. Alexis Bendel reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with promotional Terms.
Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to your order total at checkout. You are responsible for payment of these taxes.
Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: Alexis Bendel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We also offer payment installment plans through Affirm, Afterpay, and other services.
When Payment is Processed: Payment for your order will be processed when Alexis Bendel sends Order Confirmation. Your card or payment account will reflect a pending authorization during processing.
Recurring Payments: Alexis Bendel may enable options for recurring payments for subscription services. By providing card or account details, you authorize regularly recurring charges until you cancel the subscription.
Delivery, Risk, and Title
Free Shipping: Alexis Bendel provides free standard shipping on all orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous U.S. Other exclusions may apply.
Title and Risk: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you when Alexis Bendel delivers products to the carrier. Alexis Bendel is not liable for delays or loss after handover to the carrier.
Delivery Timeframes: We process orders for shipment within 2-3 business days of Order Confirmation. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days from shipment. Delays may occur during periods of high order volume.
failed Delivery: If an order is returned to Alexis Bendel as undeliverable, we will cancel the order and refund the payment less original shipping costs. Re-delivery will require placing a new order.
Pickup Orders: You may place orders for in-store pickup on the Alexis Bendel website. Available locations will be provided during checkout. Orders are generally ready within 2 business days at the designated store. You will need to provide order confirmation and ID at pickup.
Product Warranty and Returns
30-Day Return Policy: Alexis Bendel offers free returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the original payment method (exceptions below). Items must be returned in new condition with tags attached. Simply print a return shipping label from your account and drop off the sealed return package at any carrier location. Returns outside the 30-day window may be accepted for merchandise credit only.
Damaged/Defective Items: Damaged and defective products are covered under the Alexis Bendel Limited Warranty (1 year from delivery). Contact Customer Service via email or phone to initiate a return/replacement if an item is defective, damaged, or materially different from the product description.
Jewelry Returns: For health reasons, earrings and other body-piercing jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective under warranty.
Final Sale Items: Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review return policy before purchasing.
Refund Timeframe: We will process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
Alexis Bendel Account
Registration: You have the option to register an account on alexis-bendel.com. Account creation requires your email address. You represent this email is active and controlled by you.
Account Use: If you register an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to not impersonate any other person or use anyone else’s name, email, or password. You are responsible for updating your account information and maintaining confidentiality of credentials.
Closing Your Account: You may close your Alexis Bendel account any time via the account settings page. We may also close accounts that remain inactive for extended periods per our internal policies.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Alexis Bendel Services contain content owned or licensed by Alexis Bendel, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You agree to respect these ownership rights and not to copy, distribute, modify or make derivative works of any materials without express written consent from Alexis Bendel.
User-Generated Content
If you post reviews, photos, comments, or other content (User Content) to any Alexis Bendel Services, you grant Alexis Bendel a non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, and distribute your submission for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for your submissions and any legal liability associated with them. Alexis Bendel is not required to host or return any User Content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes related to these Terms or the Alexis Bendel Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York, and you agree to submit to this jurisdiction.
